Soul Circle for Leaders
2020 was quite a year for leaders of all kinds. The decisions were difficult, the stress felt heavy, and the struggle was quite real.
As we turn our attention to 2021, leaders are invited to step into new realities of transition and tension. Spaces are needed for leaders to take a breath and renew. Spaces to look a few layers deeper at their own health and grounding. Spaces to invest in your well that will serve others this coming year.
A soul circle may be just the thing that welcomes you to places of deep grounding and solidarity with other leaders.
A soul circle exists of four leaders who commit an hour and a half to each other for six weeks. The facilitated space invites deep listening to each other's stories, both the challenge and the joy. We're invited to name the images or reflections that emerge as we witness the story of a sister. This kind of group soul listening enables us to share our true selves and draw strength from our creator and each other.
This group is kept intentionally small, so register soon to reserve a spot!
Some have used their professional expense account to support this kind of soul work. Our people win when their leader gets quiet and goes inward to connect in a new way.
And the best news of all: there's no homework. None. Just show up to the video call in whatever space you're in that day. No judgment. We're in this together!
Facilitated by Rev. Jenny Smith.

This experience was helpful because I was seeking an intentional time for Sabbath and needed a group of people seeking the same. A place to nurture my soul, and to make room for the Spirit. That is what I experienced. This offered me a place to try something new and begin to create new healthy patterns in my life.
I wasn't sure what I was signing up for with Soul Circle, but once we started I realized what was missing in my life, a place to be heard, a place to listen, and a space to go deeper, truthfully, and genuinely. This was a magnificent experience and I look forward to what continues to bubble up.
Soul Circle gave me an opportunity to practice a healthy routine in my life during a time I really needed it. It also connected me to new women who I will cherish as friends.
